Terms of Service
Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: June 11, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR ALL, the free QR code generator available at qrall-36u.pages.dev ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Free Service
QR ALL is provided free of charge. No account, registration, payment, or subscription is required to generate or download QR codes. The Service is supported by advertising. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
2. Ownership and Commercial Use of Generated QR Codes
QR codes are simply an encoding of the data you provide. We claim no ownership over the content you encode or the QR codes you generate. You are free to use the QR codes you create for any lawful purpose, including commercial use - on products, packaging, marketing materials, business cards, signage, and so on - with no attribution required, no watermarks, and no licensing fees.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, encode, distribute, or link to any content that is:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others;
- Malware, phishing, or content intended to deceive or harm others;
- Defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- In violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
You are solely responsible for the content you encode into QR codes and for how the resulting codes are used. Because generation happens entirely in your browser, we do not review, monitor, or have access to the content you encode.
4. No Warranty (As-Is)
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated QR codes will be scannable by every device or scanner. You are responsible for testing your QR codes before production or distribution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR ALL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service - even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
